Leadership is not just what you, it is also the way you do it.  There are a set of specific management and leadership skills needed in any leadership role, from shop floor supervisor to CEO.  However, competency in these skills is not enough, if they are not delivered in a way that maximises team work.

BakerFish uses a 360 feedback tool called the Engagement Style Indicator (ESI) to assess a leader's skills competency and their delivery style.  With this we deliver a short training course followed by a period of coaching support to embed the new skills and behaviours.
